CAS challenge this week at Outlawz

Hello everyone... this week's challenge at Outlawz requires you use stamping rubber stamps, digi images etc.. but yet to keep in CAS (Clean and Simple) take a peek at their site... it sure inspires me... maybe you too can be inspired to stamp... Ok... so I am soo guilty of not using the stamp set yet... even though its probably discontinued on the Hero Arts line... its been waiting for the perfect opportunity to be used...LOL...

I stamped the solid flower in turquoise and overstamped it with the outline in lime green. the sentiment is also from the Hero Arts clear collection stamped in black. A couple of Rhinestones for a bit of bling...

Fairies and Pro marker fun!

Ok... soooo I am having trouble getting this image to go right side up again... I have no idea why it goes into sideview.... 'cause when I load it... its the right way up... guess Google will have to come to the rescue once again...LOL... anyway.. the close up view is mainly for you to see my attempt at coloring in with my pro markers again....

and here is the completed card below... its supposed to be a CAS card... hence the lack of other embellishments and stuff... I must admit... I have to control myself from adding any more paper, flowers and stuff... control ... LOL....

"Just me thinking of you"

A good friend of mine had some surgery on Monday.... and I thought a card would cheer her up... she really appreciates receiving a "one of a kind" hand made from the heart card....

This is one of my first attempts at pro marker coloring... it's not as easy as it looks... this is definitely gonna take some practice...LOL....

sorry about the side view... but I tried to do a close up... with my hubby's mobile phone and it just would not load the right side up... me and my technical abilities... are just soo limited... anyway...hope you can see the close up on my coloring.

I always have a problem to decide when to use flowers..... it took me ages to decide which color of my hero arts flowers to use.... in the end... I was happy with the result....

I made another card before this one same sketch, but with different colors and I wasn't happy with the result... looking at it again 2 days later... it didn't look so bad... that's just me... always being hard on myself.....;p) I'll post a pic of that card later too.....
