we had a wonderful sunny day in Cape Town today... but it's still chilly... winter is definitely here..
Last week Saturday's challenge at Outlawz was to create a tag.
this is my contribution.............. the background of the tag is a typical Tim Holtz background. I stamped a selection of stamps in versa watermark ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. I used about 4 varieties of distress ink to distress the background and used the same colors to distress the swirl and flower so that they would blend in together. Of course my card would not be complete without my glitter...LOL.. this is the stardust dry glitter from Ranger with glossy accents

| the dragon fly is from a Hero Arts / Sizzix collaboration of stamp and die sets. Centre of the flower is a bead from a broken necklace . All beads and embellishments have been attached using my all time favourite Glossy Accents. Have a splendid week coming. and remember.... to..... Keep it Krafty! hugz Shamela ;-) |
